DefenderSolara and Microsoft Defender
A missing EXE after extract is often quarantine, not a broken ZIP. Check Protection history before you redownload.
Why it trips
The binary attaches to another process. Heuristics group that with software families this documentation will not list. An unsigned publisher adds another reason Windows is cautious.
That does not mean every file named Solara is this package. It means the behaviour of this class of tool is noisy to antivirus.
What to do
Open Windows Security → Protection history. If the file from this host is there, restore that item if you intend to run it. Launch from the extracted folder as administrator after restore.
Do not disable Defender globally to “make it work.” You hide the next quarantine and you do not fix a missing .NET runtime.
What not to do
Do not download a “fixed” EXE from a comment section. That is how the second payload arrives. Do not send the binary to random Discord staff. Do not confuse a Smart App Control block with Defender — they are different controls.
